shipping information:
orders are generally shipped twice a week. when your order goes out, you will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number. please allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery.
exchange, return, refund and cancellation policies:
exchanges:
if you would like to exchange your AKAs for another pair we will make an
exchange within 30 days of purchase provided that the boots show no signs of
wear. if you
would like to make an exchange, send us an email and we will mail or email you a return shipping label free of charge. note: international orders, depending on country and shipping method, might result in additional charges upon exchange. please contact us for further info.
returns:
at this time we do not take returns. in choosing an appropriate size, please
consult the size section of the wear & care page for suggestions or contact us
directly. AKAs tend to run small -- if you are between sizes, we always recommend ordering up.
cancellations:
if an order is cancelled before it is shipped, we will refund your payment. we
will not issue refunds in any other event. to cancel an order, send an e-mail or
contact us by phone.
that said, we do want to add that somewhere behind the electronic rendering of
this text, there are people. those people are us, and we care very much about
your happiness with our product. email us, complain to us, tell us what you
think. we believe our policies are fair and will generally stick to them, but
there are always exceptions, and since we are consumers just like you, we will
keep a human eye out for out-of-the-ordinary events that merit special
treatment.
